Snowflake is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to solve complex customer problems and support sales cycles. You'll work closely with the sales team and demonstrate the value of Snowflake technology. This role requires strong technical and business acumen.
You have a strong background in solutions engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role where you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles. You are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into technical solutions that drive business value. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart — you can present technical concepts to executives while also engaging deeply with technical teams.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams and channel partners. Your experience includes conducting compelling demonstrations and supporting enterprise Proof of Concepts, showcasing your ability to highlight the value of technology solutions. You are passionate about technology and have a keen interest in the evolving landscape of data solutions, particularly in the database space.

Your role will involve collaborating with the sales team to strategize on winning sales cycles and closing large deals.
You will immerse yourself in the ever-evolving industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors. This knowledge will enable you to position Snowflake effectively and respond to customer inquiries with confidence. You will also collaborate with product teams to provide feedback and insights that can help accelerate growth and improve customer satisfaction.
