You have a strong background in workforce management systems, with experience in configuring and optimizing platforms like Assembled. Your technical skills allow you to bridge operational needs with system capabilities, ensuring that tools are user-friendly and aligned with business objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and efficiencies. You are data-driven, using insights to inform decisions and enhance processes. Your ability to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) ensures that best practices are followed across the organization. Experience with other workforce management tools is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics and reporting. You may have worked in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and accuracy. In this role, you will administer and optimize Assembled and other workforce management tools across all lines of business at DoorDash. You will ensure accurate setup and execution for both in-house and BPO operations, playing a crucial role in capacity planning and scheduling. You will partner with teams to evaluate and integrate new tools that enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Your responsibilities will include managing access governance in collaboration with the Access Command Center, ensuring that the right users have the appropriate access to the systems. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas for enhancement. You will also develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in workforce management practices. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve DoorDash's workforce management strategies.
