You have a strong background in lab management and operations, particularly in avionics or related fields. Your experience includes designing and maintaining lab equipment, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. You are intellectually curious and have a proven track record of solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, working closely with hardware development teams to meet their needs. You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, complying with export control requirements. You thrive in hands-on roles and enjoy the challenge of building and managing lab infrastructure.
Experience with satellite technology or broadband systems is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You may also have experience in a leadership capacity, guiding teams in lab operations and equipment management.
