Five9 is seeking a Workforce Engagement Management - Application Consultant to implement and consult on Verint's WEM suite. You'll work with clients to optimize their workforce solutions. This role requires experience in Verint software and consulting.
You have in-depth experience implementing and consulting with customers on Verint’s WEM suite of software, including Workforce Management and Interactions (QM). You have experience leading and implementing all aspects of a Verint WEM engagement, showcasing your ability to manage complex projects effectively. Your broad range of experience consulting with customers regarding best practices with Verint WFM and Interactions sets you apart as a knowledgeable resource in the field. You possess in-depth knowledge of Verint integration architecture, allowing you to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Additionally, you have experience training teams and clients on the effective use of these systems, ensuring they maximize their investment in technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for consultative performance in all areas related to Five9’s solutions provisioning, implementation, and deployment of technical and business solutions to clients. You will collaborate with global teammates based primarily in the United States, ensuring that projects align with client needs and expectations. Your role will involve engaging with clients to understand their requirements and providing tailored solutions that enhance their workforce management capabilities. You will also be tasked with leading workshops and training sessions to empower clients in utilizing Verint’s software effectively. As part of the Professional Services team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes and methodologies, ensuring that Five9 remains a leader in customer experience solutions.
