Overview

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their AIOps team to enhance event orchestration and automation capabilities. You'll leverage machine learning and data analysis to drive product development. This role requires significant experience in product management.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on AI and automation technologies. You understand the complexities of digital operations and have a proven track record of delivering impactful products that enhance user experiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform product decisions and drive strategic initiatives. You are a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to bring innovative solutions to market. You are passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and are excited about the potential of AI in transforming software development.

Desirable

Experience with event-driven architectures and familiarity with incident management tools will be advantageous. A background in software development or engineering will help you better understand the technical aspects of the products you manage. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager for AIOps at PagerDuty, you will own the product roadmap and drive the development of features that enhance our event orchestration and automation capabilities. You will work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure that the solutions we build meet customer needs. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate product concepts, as well as analyzing data to measure the success of product initiatives.
