You have a solid understanding of software development best practices and are eager to introduce innovative solutions that can significantly impact user engagement and satisfaction.

You are familiar with various programming languages and frameworks, and you have experience in integrating new features into existing platforms. You understand the importance of user feedback and data-driven decision-making in product development. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are skilled at implementing changes that enhance the overall user experience.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies or search algorithms would be a plus, as well as familiarity with data processing platforms. You are open to learning new technologies and adapting to the evolving needs of the company and its users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience for Algolia's customers as they begin to use the platform. You will work on various projects, including new data integrations with other developer platforms and marketplace billing integrations. Your innovative solutions will help users maximize the value they get from Algolia's features. You will also play a key role in creating a new Growth platform that enhances user engagement and satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with product teams to introduce new features and improvements based on user feedback and data analysis. Mentoring other software engineers will be a significant part of your role, as you will guide them in adopting best practices and improving their technical skills. You will be involved in the entire development process, from ideation to implementation, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
