Job Description

Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide!

Primary Role: 

Responsible for designing, developing, and customizing the Salesforce Ecommerce Platform on marketing sites, using strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Apex, CRM, CPQ, integrations and configurations to meet business and technical requirements.

 

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ Years of experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or similar eCommerce platforms.

 

Proven Skills and Abilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce B2B solutions with a focus on Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Should have strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development. 
  • SFCC consultants must design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business and technical requirements.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Should provide technical guidance and lead development efforts for B2B commerce projects.
  • Customize and program Salesforce solutions using APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and Salesforce configurations
  • Build and maintain Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Deep understanding of CRM product catalogs, price book management with Tiered Pricing. 
  • Experience with Capado for version control, CI/CD pipeline automation, sandbox management, and release governance is nice to have. 
  • Define scalable and maintainable product and pricing data models across CRM environments.
  • Collaborate with program managers, technical peers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and system optimization for Salesforce applications.
  •  Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud with other systems, such as CPQ and CRM
  • Experienced in using JIRA as a bug tracking tool and git / github for version control for application development. 
  • The candidate must possess excellent communication, analytical and time management skills.
