You have a proven track record in operations management, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role. Your background includes overseeing manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and logistics, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at developing strategies that drive operational excellence. You are a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. Your experience in scaling operations in a technology-driven environment is a key asset, and you are passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience in the 3D printing or manufacturing industry is a plus. Familiarity with supply chain technologies and methodologies will enhance your ability to lead Formlabs' operations effectively. You have a strong understanding of financial metrics and how they relate to operational performance, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that align with the company's goals.
As the Vice President of Operations, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and play a crucial role in shaping the future of Formlabs. You will build and execute a multi-year strategy to scale global operations, focusing on enhancing product capabilities and operational efficiency. Your leadership will guide the manufacturing and operations engineering teams, where you will develop and refine processes that ensure high-quality, high-precision products at scale. You will oversee supply demand management, forecasting demand, and aligning supply to meet the needs of the business.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with other executives to define operational processes that support the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for expansion and ensuring that the operational infrastructure can support increased production and distribution. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to implement best practices across the organization.
At Formlabs, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $175,000 to $300,000, depending on your skills and experience.
