Overview

 

The Off Platform Growth Media team accelerates top line business growth for Instacart & revenue for advertisers by driving highly qualified traffic to Instacart properties as efficiently as possible. We promote growth across each stage of our customer lifecycle by leveraging performance marketing channels (such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, and more). 

 

We are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated performance marketer with significant hands on experience in performance marketing channels to join our Growth Marketing team at Instacart. This role offers the chance to make a rapid impact by overseeing the performance of acquisition channels across US and Canada. In this capacity, you will work cross-functionally with various Instacart teams and partners, including Meta, Google, & more, to explore and implement cutting-edge marketing technologies. 



About the Job 

  • Execute advertiser funded campaigns across channels such as Meta, YouTube, PLA (Google Shopping), Pinterest, TikTok and more
  • Drive both Instacart and advertiser sales growth by hitting established business KPIs
  • Collaborate with Analytics & Data Science partners to implement dashboards for measuring success across campaigns 
  • Work in conjunction with budget stakeholders to ensure alignment and campaign success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on responsibility with improving campaign metrics and meeting goals, such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, and CAC.
  • Bringing your testing ideas, optimizations, creative experience, and marketing insights to boost our strategies.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues

 

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2-3+ years of hands-on-keyboard experience managing growth marketing campaigns across major platforms (such as Google/ Meta)
  • You are a results-driven marketing professional with a strong track record in managing multiple projects and campaigns at a time across different marketing channels.
  • You have excellent analytical abilities, focusing on optimizing customer acquisition costs, ROAS, ROI and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
  • You understand how to strategize effectively around goals.
  • Precision and multitasking in deadline-focused environments come naturally to you.
  • Bachelor’s degree

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with large product catalogs (10K+ SKUs)
  • Prior experience with CPG product marketing
  • Experience working in the on-demand economy or agencies
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company

Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here. Currently, we are only hiring in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.

Offers may vary based on many factors, such as candidate experience and skills required for the role. Additionally, this role is eligible for a new hire equity grant as well as annual refresh grants. Please read more about our benefits offerings here.

For Canadian based candidates, the base pay ranges for a successful candidate are listed below.
