Flex is seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to lead their CRM program and enhance customer experiences. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive business growth in the FinTech sector.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention strategies. Your background in CRM management equips you with the skills to define and implement effective communication strategies that resonate with customers. You are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get into the details of project management. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, enabling your team to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are adept at using analytics to inform your marketing strategies. You are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and are committed to empowering users through personalized interactions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and lead the CRM strategy for Flex, ensuring that all transactional and lifecycle communications are aligned with business objectives. You will oversee the development of personalized customer journeys, leveraging technology and tools to create scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that customer communications are seamless and effective. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive retention. As a key leader, you will champion the tech and tooling needed to support your CRM initiatives, ensuring that they are integrated into the broader marketing strategy. You will also analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, continuously refining your approach to meet the evolving needs of users. Your role will be pivotal in scaling Flex's offerings as the company expands into new products and verticals.
