OneSpan • Mexico - Remote
OneSpan is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive growth in the Mexican market, focusing on banking and financial services. This role requires strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the banking and financial services sectors, with at least 5 years of experience in a territory management role. You thrive on building strong customer relationships and are energized by direct engagement with clients. Your ability to leverage an existing network of senior decision-makers allows you to open conversations and generate new business opportunities effectively. You are a proactive sales hunter, always on the lookout for new opportunities to drive revenue growth in your territory.
You understand the importance of consultative selling and can identify and address business challenges faced by your clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. You are comfortable with a variety of sales tactics, including direct outreach, in-person meetings, and relationship-building activities. You are results-oriented and have a strong desire to contribute to the growth of OneSpan in Mexico.
Experience in fintech or e-commerce sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with digital identity and anti-fraud solutions. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a rapidly changing market, always seeking to improve your approach and strategies. A background in working with large enterprises will help you understand the unique challenges they face and how to address them effectively.
In this role, you will own a defined segment of the Mexico territory, taking full responsibility for pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue growth. You will actively develop new business opportunities across the Mexican market, particularly within banking, financial services, and other large enterprises. Your role will involve frequent customer engagement, including direct outreach, in-person meetings, and relationship-building activities to create momentum in the market.
You will leverage your existing network of senior decision-makers to open conversations and generate opportunities. Building and maintaining strong, consultative customer relationships will be key to your success, as you will need to understand their business challenges and security priorities. You will be expected to drive new logos and expansion through direct customer engagement, ensuring that OneSpan's solutions meet the needs of your clients.
