You have a strong background in machine learning and experience working with large language models (LLMs) — you've successfully trained and deployed models that solve complex real-world problems. Your proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch allows you to build and customize models effectively. You understand the intricacies of natural language processing (NLP) and have a keen interest in advancing AI capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI. You are comfortable engaging with enterprise customers, understanding their needs, and translating those into technical solutions. As a Member of Technical Staff, MLE at Cohere, you will work directly with enterprise customers to tackle challenging problems that push LLMs to their limits.
