What you'll do

In this role, you will own the global strategy and execution of the Leave of Absence and Workplace Accommodation programs. You will evaluate and refine existing policies and processes to ensure consistency and operational excellence across various countries and regions. Your responsibilities will include monitoring global legislative and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and adapting strategies as necessary. You will partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and Equity teams to ensure that processes are efficient and employee-centric. Additionally, you will spearhead wellness and worker’s compensation programs, ensuring that they align with the overall Total Rewards strategy of Reddit. You will be responsible for designing and managing programs that not only meet regulatory requirements but also enhance the overall employee experience. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to programs, ensuring they remain effective and relevant.
