You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in operations and process improvement. You understand the importance of creating operational capabilities that support new business needs and have a track record of reducing costs through performance efficiencies. You are skilled in developing Standard Operating Procedures that ensure compliance, quality, and scalability. Your ability to create dashboards and track success metrics is essential for driving operational excellence. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product managers, software developers, and operations stakeholders to enhance customer experiences. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for continuous improvement, always looking for ways to innovate and streamline processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the scoping, designing, and implementing of operational capabilities to support new business needs. You will work on operational processes aimed at reducing costs through performance efficiencies, ensuring that the organization can adapt to changing demands. You will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures that guarantee compliance and quality across all operations. Your responsibilities will include creating field tools and dashboards that assist with the execution of operational strategies. You will collaborate with other teams within WWR&R, including NCRC, ReCommerce, and ROE Programs, to ensure alignment and shared goals. You will track success metrics and report on the effectiveness of implemented programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in driving the mission of achieving zero waste and zero defects in the returns process.
