Carta is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Limited Partner Portfolio Analytics team. You'll be involved in building software solutions for private markets investors. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in software development.
You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on analytics and data management. Your experience includes working with complex systems and understanding the needs of private market investors. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful software solutions. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the software you develop meets high standards of quality and performance. In this role, you will join Carta's R&D team, focusing on the development of software for private markets investors. You will work closely with the LP Portfolio Analytics group to create tools that help fund investors manage their documents and transform them into structured data. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing software features that enhance the strategic impact of fund CFOs. You will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the software aligns with user needs. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the development process.
