Overview

Samsara is hiring a Senior Enterprise Renewals Account Executive to focus on achieving renewal targets for their Enterprise Core accounts. You'll ensure customer success while maximizing financial results. This role requires experience in SaaS and account management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the SaaS industry, where you've successfully driven renewals and minimized attrition. Your experience includes working closely with enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from the solutions provided. You are adept at identifying growth opportunities and have a knack for negotiating favorable terms that benefit both the client and your organization. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside cross-functional teams to ensure that customer insights and feedback are integrated into the business strategy. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and strategies, and you are comfortable presenting findings to senior leadership. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships with clients and are committed to their success.

Desirable

Experience in industries such as transportation, construction, or manufacturing is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by our clients. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for Samsara’s Enterprise Core accounts. This includes setting and achieving renewal targets, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their current solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. You will work closely with the customer success team to ensure that clients are onboarded effectively and that they receive ongoing support throughout their journey with Samsara.

You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform your approach to renewals. This involves regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. You will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.

Your role will require you to prepare and present renewal proposals to clients, negotiating terms that align with both their needs and Samsara’s business objectives. You will track your progress against renewal targets and report on your performance to senior management, providing insights into customer behavior and market trends.
