As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve recruiting experts by engaging in phone conversations to identify the best matches for client projects. You will need to understand the project context and the legal and regulatory environment in which both clients and experts operate. Taking ownership of your projects is crucial; you will initiate and manage communications between clients and experts, ensuring seamless collaboration. You will also meticulously schedule calls and manage timelines to ensure that all aspects of the projects run smoothly. Your role will be communications-intensive, requiring you to balance various workstreams effectively while delivering exceptional service to clients.
