Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a resourceful and proactive individual with an established history of high performance who wants to work in a fast-paced organization. The Seattle-based role will support two Directors in our Amazon Pharmacy Customer and AI Engineering team.
This EA will be responsible for understanding business priorities, will react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and will proactively solve problems. Handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives and external stakeholders is a given.
Key job responsibilities
5 days/week in-office requirements
Role responsibilities include core tasks; managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, creating a positive team environment and as well as coordinating domestic / international travel. The successful candidate in this role will go far beyond basic support and should be looked to as a pseudo COS.
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience with executive level calendar management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
