Optiver is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders including the Global CFO and CRO. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and provide high-level administrative support. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

As an Executive Assistant at Optiver, you will be the right hand to some of the company's most senior leaders, including the Global CFO and CRO. Your primary responsibilities will include managing complex calendars and inboxes, ensuring that every detail is meticulously organized. You will also plan and coordinate international travel, meetings, and itineraries, always with foresight and precision. In addition to handling expense processing, you will assist the Corporate Secretary with various administrative and governance-related tasks. Your role will involve collaborating with the Executive Office team to schedule and coordinate Board and Committee meetings, ensuring that all logistics are flawlessly executed. You will oversee meeting arrangements and tech events, contributing to the seamless operation of the executive office.
