Your experience in delivering market updates and facilitating communication ensures that clients can fully leverage their relationships with Berkadia. What you'll do

As the VP of Capital Markets, you will play a crucial role in nurturing Berkadia's collaboration with third-party lenders. You will partner closely with these lenders to ensure that you have up-to-date knowledge of their lending programs, which will enable you to optimize transaction outcomes for clients. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining communication channels with both internal stakeholders and external constituents, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.

You will be responsible for delivering market updates and facilitating communication to ensure that clients are aware of the opportunities available to them through Berkadia's partnerships. By identifying and sharing trends and market opportunities, you will help Mortgage Bankers and their clients navigate the lending landscape effectively.

In this role, you will also focus on innovating and improving existing processes for sharing market analytics. This will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance the way Berkadia communicates market insights and opportunities, ultimately driving better outcomes for clients. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the organization.
