Databricks is seeking a Senior Account Executive focused on Enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth and secure new business opportunities. You'll leverage your relationship-building skills to navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value deals. This role requires a proactive approach and experience in enterprise sales.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with a focus on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities across various industries. Your proactive nature as a 'hunter' allows you to thrive in building relationships and navigating complex sales cycles. You understand the importance of establishing long-term partnerships and are skilled at closing high-value deals. You possess strong communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with C-Level executives and technical teams, ensuring that you can deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Your experience includes developing and executing strategies for targeting high-potential accounts in untapped markets. You are adept at identifying quick wins while managing longer, more complex sales cycles. You have a deep understanding of customer business needs and can articulate how your solutions can create value for them. You are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you provide are aligned with client expectations and industry standards.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with data solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with the sales processes in government or defense sectors can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You will also provide leadership to customers and technical teams, guiding them through the implementation of Databricks solutions.
