What you will do
Manage end-to-end user communication channels, including EDM, Push Notifications, and more, across multi-country audiences in the APAC region.
Test and optimize comms and content strategy to grow user lifecycle value for each country in the region.
Build and manage automation, dynamic content, and personalized user journeys.
Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, content, product, and design teams.
Oversee list hygiene, growth, and segmentation in line with PDPA/GDPR/CAN-SPAM.
What we are looking for
2+ years of hands-on experience in user operations and/or email marketing.
Experience in AI Software, SaaS, e-commerce, and DTC industries.
Familiar with email marketing, push notifications, and SMS.
Skilled in automation, segmentation, and CRM/email integrations.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Data-driven and analytical mindset.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Understanding of regional privacy laws (PDPA, GDPR, etc.)
Nice to Have:
Experience with Klaviyo, Salesforce, or other omnichannel comms tools.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing email templates
Proficiency in Japanese or Korean.
