What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Flywheel Sales Agents, you will lead two teams of engineers in building AI-enabled products that enhance HubSpot’s Sales capabilities. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction and vision for your teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall product strategy. You will work closely with Product Managers to define the product roadmap and prioritize features that deliver value to customers.

You will actively participate in the development process, providing guidance and support to your teams as they tackle complex engineering challenges. You will conduct regular one-on-ones with your team members to discuss their progress, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for growth. You will also facilitate team meetings and ensure that your teams are collaborating effectively with other departments.

Your role will involve mentoring Technical Leads, helping them to develop their leadership skills and technical expertise. You will encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation, pushing your teams to explore new technologies and methodologies that can improve their work. You will be responsible for performance management, helping to set goals and evaluate the success of your teams.
