Overview
Angi is seeking a Temporary Payroll Tax Accountant to audit and reconcile payroll tax filings across the company's U.S. entities. This role requires attention to detail and a degree in Accounting or Finance. The position is remote and expected to last for 3 months.

Who you are
You have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. You understand the importance of accuracy and compliance in payroll tax filings and are committed to maintaining confidentiality in your work. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for auditing and reconciling approximately 200 federal, state, and local payroll tax filings for five U.S. entities from CY2020 to present. You will ensure that every payroll tax dollar is accurately submitted, resolving any variances identified and filing amendments directly with federal, state, and local agencies. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Payroll to ensure compliance and accuracy in all filings.
