You are physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand or walk for extended periods during shifts. You thrive in dynamic environments and can adapt to varying noise levels and temperatures.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, ensuring they are engaged and motivated during their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
