You are a pragmatic and tech-savvy Legal Counsel with experience in managing disputes, consumer law advice, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are solutions-focused, balancing commercial realities with legal risks. You are up to date with the latest in legal technology software, enabling you to improve processes and legal operations effectively. You operate autonomously and are comfortable reporting to senior management while managing a diverse range of legal matters. Your well-rounded experience allows you to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance reporting mechanisms.
What you'll do
In this newly created position at Splend, you will be responsible for managing a variety of legal matters, ensuring compliance with consumer laws and regulations.
