Apple is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to support its Commercial Sales organization and related teams. You'll apply your legal expertise in commercial contracts, ideally within the telecom or consumer electronics sectors. This role requires a JD and 3-7 years of relevant experience.
You possess a JD or equivalent and are admitted to at least one US state bar. With 3-7 years of experience in-house or at a law firm, you have substantive experience in commercial contracts, ideally in the telecom or consumer electronics space. Your excellent interpersonal, communication, and drafting skills enable you to navigate complex legal issues effectively. You are passionate about innovation and eager to apply your legal expertise to support groundbreaking products. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to upholding high ethical and corporate standards.
As a Commercial Legal Counsel at Apple, you will be an integral part of the WW Commercial and International Legal team. You will focus on supporting Apple’s Commercial Sales organization and related cross-functional teams in the sale, marketing, and distribution of Apple products and services. Your role will involve creatively applying your legal knowledge to various aspects of commercial law, ensuring compliance and risk management in all transactions. You will work closely with business partners to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, providing legal guidance that aligns with Apple's strategic objectives. You will also engage in cross-functional collaboration, working with teams across the organization to address legal challenges and support business initiatives. Your contributions will help facilitate successful partnerships with mobile network operators and other key stakeholders in the Americas and globally.
