Staff IT Operations Engineer (고양/인천 물류센터)

Who you are

You have over 10 years of experience in IT operations, particularly in managing IT devices and asset management. Your background includes hands-on experience with various IT devices such as PCs, printers, and network equipment, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.

You possess strong knowledge of Windows and MacBook environments, along with expertise in endpoint security programs and Active Directory. Your familiarity with both wired and wireless networks, as well as server and storage support, allows you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Your experience with incident and problem management equips you with the skills to identify, report, and resolve issues efficiently. You have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes and support IT projects, demonstrating your ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

You are adept at monitoring KPIs to ensure efficient IT operations, and you are committed to driving technological innovations that enhance performance and productivity. What you'll do

In this role, you will plan and operate IT services to ensure stable user support at Coupang's logistics centers. You will continuously improve related processes to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include providing operational and maintenance services for IT infrastructure and endpoint devices, as well as managing the procurement and installation of IT equipment and supplies.

You will collaborate with various departments within Coupang to deliver IT services and site deployments for business and IT projects. Regular reporting will be part of your duties to ensure asset compliance and accuracy, using agreed-upon problem-solving tools and processes to identify and resolve issues.

You will monitor server and network activities, working closely with vendor technical support engineers to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Your role will also involve implementing and executing change requests in collaboration with internal and external IT teams, supporting critical business operations and project delivery.

Flexibility in your work schedule will be essential to provide on-site support as needed. You will manage stakeholder and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across teams.
