Job Description

Quantbox is a technology-driven Proprietary trading firm that specializes in systematic alpha research and electronic market-making on various exchanges. We trade across a multitude of asset classes and trading venues with significant market share and are looking for a Senior Quantitative Researcher to join us in our Cambridge office to help in building our predictive models.

As an experienced researcher you’ll have practical experience building, researching and fitting deep learning models. Financial markets experience is optional for this role.

Your deep learning experience is complimented by specific proficiency in the following areas:

  • C++
  • Python
  • A strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Experience with Linux/Unix
  • Ability to think independently and use creative approach in problem solving
  • Strong communication skills

Quantbox is a place of friends and colleagues, where people convert their passion into action. We believe in togetherness that brings out the best in ourselves and our Company. Our open and casual work culture gives you the space to innovate and deliver.  Everyone on the team is approachable.
