Benevity is seeking a Director of Software Development to lead the evolution of their Intelligent Impact Platform. You'll oversee engineering strategy and delivery for foundational capabilities, ensuring a reliable multi-cloud architecture. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.
You have extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership, ideally with a background in managing large teams and complex projects. You understand the importance of inclusive engineering practices and architectural consistency, enabling diverse teams to thrive.
