Overview

Netflix is seeking an Account Manager to oversee campaign execution for their Ads team in Korea. You'll partner with Sales Partners and Media Agencies to ensure excellent client service. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in campaign management.

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the advertising or media industry. Your experience includes overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring that client objectives are met with operational excellence. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with Sales Partners, Media Agencies, and Advertisers. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

You understand the advertising landscape and are passionate about leveraging technology to deliver premium ad experiences. Your ability to translate client objectives into effective media strategies sets you apart. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to delivering high-quality service to clients. You value diversity and inclusion, recognizing the importance of varied perspectives in driving innovation and success.

Desirable

Experience in the digital advertising space is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You may have worked with various advertising platforms and understand the nuances of campaign analytics. What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Netflix, you will play a critical role in the Ads team, overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns from pre-sale planning through to post-campaign reporting. You will partner closely with Sales Partners and Media Agencies to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and that clients receive exceptional service throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include developing media strategies that align with client objectives, managing timelines, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards.

You will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance and providing clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
