Amazon is seeking a Senior Music Merchandise Manager to manage Physical Music vendors and develop artist partnerships. This role requires experience in vendor management and a passion for the music industry.
You have significant experience in vendor management, particularly within the music industry, and a strong understanding of physical music products such as vinyl and CDs. You are adept at building relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring that all parties are aligned to achieve mutual goals. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop programs that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. You are comfortable analyzing P&L statements and using data to inform your decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to launch successful initiatives. You are passionate about music and understand the nuances of engaging with fans and artists alike.
In this role, you will manage the Physical Music vendors in the UK, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will partner with UK Label relations teams to launch artist partnerships that grow the fan base and enhance the visibility of Amazon Music. Developing the Dropship program for Music vendors will be a key responsibility, allowing for greater flexibility and responsiveness to market demands. You will collaborate with EU Music Vendor Managers to share learnings and scale best practices across the region. Your efforts will directly impact how Amazon Music engages with fans, artists, and creators, making this a pivotal role within the organization.
