What you'll do

As the Engineering Director at OKX, you will lead the Trading Service team, responsible for the backbone of our exchange's trading products. You will drive the technical vision and execution for critical components, ensuring that our systems are robust, scalable, and capable of handling millions of transactions. Your role will involve setting strategic goals for the team, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define and prioritize features that enhance user experience and trading efficiency. Your leadership will guide the team in adopting best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing engineering talent within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
