Cognism is seeking an FP&A Manager to support planning, forecasting, and performance analytics for their global SaaS business. You'll work closely with various departments to drive operational performance and improve data quality. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling.
You are a highly analytical individual with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You possess a deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV, and you are skilled in using SQL and Power BI to analyze data and create insightful reports. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive better decision-making and operational performance.
You have a proven track record of building accurate forecasts and delivering timely projections, demonstrating your ability to manage complex financial models. Your experience includes preparing variance analysis and performance commentary for leadership, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on financial performance. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high data quality standards across core systems.
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with automated dashboard creation and scenario modeling. You are comfortable conducting ad-hoc analysis for strategic initiatives and have a knack for business partnering with department leads to support their planning needs. Your collaborative nature and solution-focused mindset make you an asset to any team.
In this role, you will support Cognism’s company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes. You will own key components of the forecast model, delivering accurate and timely projections that inform strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly reporting and variance analysis, providing insightful performance commentary to leadership, and maintaining and improving Cognism’s SaaS KPI framework.
You will partner with the Business Intelligence team to build automated dashboards that enhance data quality and accessibility across the organization. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you conduct scenario modeling and ad-hoc analysis for various strategic initiatives, including hiring plans, pricing strategies, and investment decisions. You will also provide business partnering support to department leads, ensuring that their planning processes are well-informed and aligned with company goals.
