Overview

Algolia is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive AI-powered search solutions for Global 2000 organizations. You'll manage complex relationships and lead multi-stakeholder buying cycles. This role requires experience in enterprise sales and a strong understanding of AI technologies.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at managing complex relationships and navigating multi-stakeholder buying cycles, ensuring that you articulate the value of innovative solutions effectively. Your understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts allows you to guide customers through transformative processes. You are a strategic thinker who can connect the dots between customer needs and product capabilities, driving engagement and business outcomes.

Desirable

Experience working with Global 2000 organizations is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered search technologies. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can adapt your approach based on customer feedback and market trends. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams alike.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Algolia's AI-powered search solutions to enterprise clients. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring that you understand the unique needs of each client. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development. Your role will involve presenting complex solutions to stakeholders, demonstrating how Algolia's technology can transform their search capabilities.

You will also be tasked with developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts, and expanding Algolia's footprint in the enterprise market.
