You have extensive experience in compensation strategy and implementation, ideally with a background in HR or People Operations. Your expertise allows you to build collaborative partnerships across the business, ensuring that compensation programs align with HubSpot's growth objectives. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to conduct market research and internal analysis to inform compensation decisions. You are adept at communicating complex compensation concepts to diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the organization. You are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace, partnering with Culture and Inclusion teams to monitor and measure compensation programs for bias. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the complexities of compensation in a global context.
Experience with job architecture and benchmarking is a plus, as is familiarity with emerging trends in compensation and rewards. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are skilled at developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of both the organization and its employees.
As the Lead Compensation Partner, you will support the design, communication, and implementation of compensation programs used across HubSpot globally. You will build strong relationships with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Business Leaders to identify needs and priorities. Your role will involve conducting market research and internal analysis to establish design principles and outline implications through modeling. You will determine employee and cost impacts and create effective communications to the business regarding compensation strategies. You will also partner with the Culture and Inclusion teams to ensure that compensation programs are equitable and aligned with the company's values.
