Who you are

You have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in the B2B sector, with a focus on startups and SMBs. Your experience includes developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that prioritize SQLs and customer generation over traditional metrics. You are a T-Shaped Marketer, possessing deep expertise in Paid Media, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven by performance metrics, always seeking to exceed client expectations.

Your ability to interface with clients is exceptional — you enjoy pitching strategies and ensuring that results not only meet but exceed expectations. You are comfortable managing multiple accounts and take pride in owning the success of your client portfolio. You understand the nuances of the SaaS marketplace and can craft tailored marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.

You are data-driven and analytical, using tools like Google Analytics to inform your decisions and optimize campaigns effectively. You have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and are always looking for innovative ways to fuel demand for your clients' brands. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring that marketing strategies align with overall business goals.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and performance marketing strategies will enhance your ability to drive results. You are also encouraged to bring any additional skills that could contribute to the team's success, such as knowledge of emerging marketing trends or technologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies for a select group of clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and craft tailored marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing paid media campaigns, optimizing SEO strategies, and implementing CRO techniques to enhance client performance.

You will analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients, ensuring they are informed about the effectiveness of their marketing efforts. Regular communication with clients will be key, as you will present strategies, discuss results, and make recommendations for future initiatives. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with product offerings and overall company goals.

As you manage your accounts, you will be expected to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously seek out new opportunities for your clients. Your role will involve a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, allowing you to showcase your marketing expertise while driving tangible results.
