You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in SaaS or financial technology. You excel at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike. As a Customer Success Manager at Pleo, you will own a portfolio of customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our spend management solutions. You will proactively engage with clients to drive adoption and usage of our products, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will analyze customer data to understand usage patterns and pain points, using this information to inform your strategies. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and gather feedback, ensuring that their voices are heard in our product development process. You will also work with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers and provide them with the necessary resources to succeed.
