You'll leverage your programming skills to build and debug integrations while producing guides for users. This role requires a strong understanding of programming fundamentals and experience in a technical support capacity.
You have a solid foundation in programming and are comfortable jumping into code to understand and debug integrations. Your experience includes teaching or coaching developers, which has honed your ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. You thrive in environments where you can work autonomously and take initiative, and you hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related analytical field. You understand that new languages and frameworks can be learned if you grasp the underlying concepts, making you adaptable and eager to grow.
As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Stripe, you will play a crucial role in supporting our developer-users. You will explain technical concepts about Stripe’s products and assist developers in building and debugging integrations. Your work will involve producing and improving guides that help users solve problems efficiently. You will collaborate closely with the TSE team to ensure that developers have the resources they need to successfully integrate Stripe’s solutions into their businesses.
