Cloudflare is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for Enterprise customers. You'll leverage your product expertise to ensure customers maximize their use of the Cloudflare platform. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer success.
You are a curious and empathetic individual with a strong commitment to developing yourself and learning new skills. You have experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally as a Customer Solutions Engineer or similar position, where you've acted as a trusted advisor to clients. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way is one of your key strengths, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with customers and internal teams. You understand the importance of building diverse and inclusive teams and are eager to contribute to a positive company culture.
Experience with Cloudflare products or similar technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with web performance and security concepts. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are comfortable navigating technical challenges to deliver effective solutions for customers.
As a Customer Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for guiding Enterprise customers through their lifecycle with our platform. You will leverage your product knowledge to ensure customers understand and utilize Cloudflare's capabilities to their fullest extent. This involves conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support, and collaborating with engineering teams to address customer needs. You will also play a key role in onboarding new customers, helping them integrate Cloudflare into their existing systems and workflows. Your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our services.
You will work closely with sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Cloudflare products. By understanding customer pain points and business objectives, you will be able to recommend tailored solutions that drive value. Additionally, you will gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improvements, ensuring that Cloudflare continues to meet the evolving needs of its user base.
