Overview

Navan is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to optimize their go-to-market strategy and execution. You'll collaborate with senior sales leaders and support various operational functions. This role requires strong analytical and business operations skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, ideally within a sales or business development context — you've successfully partnered with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and optimize operational processes. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to diagnose changes in metrics and identify new go-to-market opportunities effectively. You are adept at managing complex projects and have a proven track record of executing programs that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations. You understand the importance of systems and tools in supporting sales teams and have experience evaluating and implementing these solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive results. You are comfortable with annual planning processes, including team structures and target setting, and have experience in performance reporting and forecasting.

Desirable

Experience in a tech or SaaS company is a plus, as is familiarity with sales incentive programs and territory definitions. A background in data analysis tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As the GTM Strategy & Operations Manager, you will act as the primary business partner to senior sales leaders in the Enterprise segment — your role will involve collaborating on all aspects of go-to-market strategy and operations. You will lead annual planning efforts, helping to define team structures, coverage models, and target setting to ensure the sales organization operates efficiently. You will conduct ad-hoc analyses to drive optimization and support day-to-day operations, including forecasting and advising on deal structures. Your responsibilities will also include process improvement initiatives and program execution, ensuring that the sales teams have the support they need to achieve their targets. You will be responsible for recurring performance reporting, including forecasts and leadership materials, and will play a key role in evaluating and administering systems and tools that enhance sales operations.

What we offer

Navan offers a competitive salary range of $112,000 to $180,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in driving the company's success.
