Cleo is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales by building relationships with new and existing clients. You'll leverage your B2B SaaS experience to educate clients and execute a successful sales process. This role requires prior experience in sales and a strong interest in outside sales.
You have a Bachelor's degree and prior experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role — you understand the nuances of the sales process and are eager to take the next step in your career. You possess EDI experience in the B2B SaaS industry, which equips you with the knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs. You are ambitious and motivated to achieve results, displaying a strong interest in outside sales and a willingness to travel 30% to 40% on average. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to confidently engage with clients in person, over the phone, and online. You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are focused on continual improvement.
As an Account Executive at Cleo, you will educate and advise clients to build strong and trustworthy relationships with Cleo customers. You will execute a successful sales process from lead generation to appointment setting and closing deals. Your role will involve obtaining feedback from clients and adjusting messaging to improve downstream execution. You will meet clients to discuss their needs and ensure the successful execution of sales. Collaborating with SDRs and Account Managers, you will devise programs that meet client needs and budgets. Negotiating with clients, you will solve any problems that arise and ensure deadlines are met while checking and reporting on the progress of their Cleo programs.
