Adyen is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive the growth of their North American GTM teams. You'll lead full-cycle recruiting and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract top talent. This role requires significant experience in recruitment.
You have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in full-cycle recruiting, where you've successfully managed the entire hiring process from intake meetings to offer negotiations. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and develop long-term talent acquisition strategies. You are a strategic partner who understands the nuances of the talent market and can spot top talent effectively. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike. You are motivated by the challenge of finding the right fit for both the company and the candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy. You may have worked in fast-paced environments where agility and adaptability are key. A background in data-driven recruitment strategies or using recruitment tools and platforms effectively would be beneficial. You are open to continuous learning and improvement, always looking for ways to enhance your recruitment processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruiting process across the organization, ensuring that you attract and hire the best talent for our North American GTM teams. You will conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include strategic sourcing, interviewing candidates, and facilitating debriefs to ensure alignment on candidate evaluations. You will negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. As a Senior Recruiter, you will also act as a talent advisor, providing insights and recommendations to hiring teams based on market trends and candidate feedback. You will collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to refine and improve recruitment processes, contributing to the overall success of our talent acquisition efforts.
