Who you are

You are an experienced compliance executive with a proven ability to embed regulatory requirements into products and operational processes at scale — you combine regulatory depth with product and business acumen, balancing risk mitigation with practical, scalable enablement for customers and internal teams. You excel at operationalizing compliance through systems, automation, and cross-functional partnership to ensure our products remain both compliant and competitive.

What you'll do

As the Head of Product Compliance, you will lead a centralized Operations function accountable for ensuring all Justworks products and operational processes are compliant by design and aligned with evolving regulatory standards. You will elevate product compliance through strategic oversight and collaboration with various teams, ensuring that compliance is integrated into the product lifecycle from inception to launch.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and legal teams to develop and implement compliance strategies that not only meet regulatory requirements but also enhance the user experience. Your role will involve continuous monitoring of regulatory changes and adapting compliance processes accordingly to maintain alignment with industry standards.

In this position, you will also be responsible for training and educating internal teams on compliance matters, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. You will lead initiatives to automate compliance processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
