Overview

Brooklinen is seeking a Senior Manager of Creative Production to lead the end-to-end production of brand imagery, including e-commerce and marketing campaigns. This role requires strong strategic planning and financial oversight skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in creative production management, with at least 5 years of experience leading photo and video shoots. Your expertise lies in managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all content meets the highest creative standards while adhering to timelines and budgets. You possess strong leadership skills, having successfully managed teams and collaborated with various stakeholders, including creative directors and marketing teams. Your ability to negotiate contracts and manage budgets is complemented by your keen eye for detail and creative vision. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. You are passionate about nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages creativity and innovation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the entire production process for brand imagery, from planning and budgeting to execution and post-production. You will manage a studio producer and coordinate with external partners to ensure that all shoots are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include developing production calendars, tracking expenses, and providing financial forecasts to ensure projects remain on budget. You will be the primary point of contact for all production-related inquiries, working closely with the VP of Creative and other team members to align on creative vision and objectives. You will also be responsible for hiring and managing crews for each shoot, negotiating rates and contracts, and scouting locations and talent. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the creative integrity of the brand while delivering high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
