You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally with experience in quality assurance or customer service environments. You possess strong leadership skills and are adept at fostering team collaboration and engagement. You are an operator and a problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, and you understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and speed in service delivery. Your experience includes managing teams and driving performance metrics, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds expectations. As a Team Lead on the Marketplace Quality Team, you will manage a team of Marketplace Quality agents responsible for investigating and mitigating negative behaviors affecting delivery quality. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that your team provides the highest quality care to consumers, merchants, and dashers. You will conduct deep-dive analyses on quality concerns, implement strategies to enforce quality standards, and drive improvements in service delivery. You will collaborate closely with your team and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and uphold DoorDash’s Trust and Safety brand. You will report to a Marketplace Quality Supervisor and will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence while supporting your team's professional development.
