You have a strong background in total rewards analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits. You understand the intricacies of employee rewards and are adept at analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market trends and ensure competitive compensation packages that attract and retain top talent. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with various departments to align total rewards strategies with business objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You are detail-oriented and thrive in environments where you can make a significant impact on employee satisfaction and engagement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze and design total rewards programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. You will collaborate with HR and leadership to develop compensation structures that are equitable and competitive within the industry. You will conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits, ensuring that our offerings are attractive to current and prospective employees. You will also be responsible for managing the annual compensation review process, providing insights and recommendations based on your analysis.
