You are skilled in negotiating complex offers and have a strong understanding of startup equity and growth. Your collaborative approach allows you to partner effectively with engineering and product leaders to understand their hiring needs and create compelling job descriptions. You are proactive in sourcing candidates and have a keen eye for identifying top talent in the tech industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Nooks' engineering and product teams. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruiting for various technical roles, including Software Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers. You will build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring that Nooks stays ahead of the curve in attracting top talent.

You will manage the entire candidate experience, from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring that every candidate has a positive interaction with Nooks. Your expertise in negotiating offers will be critical as you work to secure the best candidates for the team. You will also play a key role in developing scalable recruiting processes and materials that will benefit the organization for years to come.
