Huntress is seeking a Director of Sales Development to lead and support a team of sales managers in expanding their mid-market segment. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in sales development strategies.
You have a proven track record in sales development, ideally with experience in managing teams and driving performance in a remote environment. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at coaching and developing talent to achieve their full potential. You understand the nuances of the mid-market segment and have a strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have excellent communication skills to ensure alignment across departments.
Experience in cybersecurity or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with AI tools that enhance recruitment processes. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform decision-making and improve team performance. A background in training and development will help you effectively onboard new team members and elevate existing staff.

Huntress offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $200,000 to $223,000 OTE, plus equity options.
