A day in the life
Your day will be dynamic and impactful, focusing on driving operational excellence across Amazon Air sites. You'll collaborate closely with site leadership, implementing process improvement methodologies, facilitating training sessions, and developing robust systems that enhance operational performance. Expect to travel between key sites, conducting deep-dive analyses, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and translating complex operational challenges into actionable strategies.
Eligibility requirement - Individuals hired into this position will have unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA). For this reason, eligibility for this role will be limited to individuals who pass a security screening, as required by the FAA, DHS, and TSA (as applicable).
- Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
